Macaroni Pie

The simplest and creamiest macaroni & cheese you'll ever eat! :)


  • 1 lb Box of Macaroni (or your pasta of choice)
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 tbsp Adobo
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 16 oz White Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 16 oz Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 oz Colby Jack Cheese
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • Panko Breadcrumbs
  • Cooking Spray


  1. Cook pasta according to box directions

  2. Once done cooking, drain pasta and place back in the pot

  3. While stove is on the lowest setting, add butter and mix until the butter is completely melted onto the pasta mixing consistently

  4. Add powdered seasonings and continue to mix

  5. Add half of the cheese (which was previously shredded or cubed) and mix

  6. Add 1/4 of the remainder of cheese and mix 

  7. Add sour cream and evaporated milk and continue to mix

  8. Add 2 beaten eggs and mix quickly and thoroughly 

  9. Place macaroni & cheese mixture into a pan and add remaining cheese on top along with a light coating of breadcrumbs

  10. Spray the top with cooking spray (to help brown the top)

  11. Place dish in a 350-degree oven for 40 minutes
